How to change time format in your appointment form

1) Log in to your FYZICAL Hub Account at hub.fyzical.com/

2) Head to Settings, and in the Forms dropdown tab, click Appointment Form.

3) Scroll down, and in the “Time format” dropdown, choose your preferred time format:

• Hours (set to 5 minute increments) or 
• Parts of day (morning, afternoon, evening). 

Pick your Time format and hit the green Save Changes button.
