How to Add a Request an Appointment Link

Recently we added a "Request an Appointment" link that allows consumers to skip a step and simply request a time for their appointment on your home page. We've found that 88% of Google My Business visitors who click on a "Request an Appointment on your Google my Business listing, follow through and actually request the appointment. We've added this feature to our map as well.

In the guide, you will see just how easy it is to add the "Request an Appointment" link to your Fyzical.com locations listing and Google My Business.

*This is not a retroactive feature, so you will have to do this for each of your clinic

1) Log in to your FYZICAL Hub Account at hub.fyzical.com/

2) In the main menu click on Settings, then click the Location & Hours submenu.

3) In the Appointment URL field, enter the URL of the form or external scheduler

  • if you’re using our built-in Appointment form, enter the URL of your website and add #appointment at the end
  • if you’re using an external third-party scheduler, like Prompt, enter the URL of your scheduler. In this case, also make sure to check the External website check box.

Once you’re done, click the green Save button to save your changes.
