How to Change Your Clinic Address, Phone, or Fax Info

In this guide, we cover how to change your clinic contact information. A couple of things of note.

• Be sure that your website contact information is identical to your Google My Business and Online Business Listings (Lane, Ln, Terrace, Terr, Road, Rd. - these need to be identical)
• If you change locations or add a location, you need to contact your Franchise Regional Consultant and the FYZICAL Legal department to adjust your Franchise Agreement

1) Log in to your FYZICAL Hub Account at hub.fyzical.com/

2) In the main menu click on Settings, then click the Location & Hours submenu.

3) Find the location that you’d like to edit, update the location and contact information in the appropriate fields, then click the green Save button to save your changes.
