How to add a Testimonial manually

To add a Review/ Testimonial to your website manually, you can follow our step-by-step guide below:

1) Log in to your FYZICAL Hub Account at hub.fyzical.com/

2) In the Main menu, click on Customers, then head over to the Testimonials submenu. 

3) Click the blue Create new Testimonial button to open up a new Testimonial entry, then add your content and set the appropriate details.

• Testimonial Kind: select whether the Testimonial came directly through the website or in person (Internal) or if it came from as a Review from Google, Facebook or Yelp
• Testimonial Type: select where the review came from. 
• Add the URL of the original review
• Set the display order of the Testimonial on your website
• Set the Testimonial to be displayed or hide it from the website

• Enter the name and Initials of the person who gave the Testimonial
• Add the Testimonial’s content in the Description field
• Select the appropriate tags for the Testimonial based on its content, eg. check Hip Pain if the Testimonial mentions recovery from Hip Pain
• Click the green Save button to save your changes.
