Section #3 Web Admin Accounts
a.) Google Chrome Account
If you haven't yet created your Google Chrome Account, please refer back to "Setting up Your Google Account."
b.) Google Analytics
To make data-driven marketing decisions, it’s critical to start tracking your web KPIs from the beginning. Learn how to create a Google Analytics property with your Google Account to start collecting this data.

c.) Google Business Profile
One of the most powerful (and free) tools at your disposal to get patients to your clinic’s front door are map platforms such as Yelp, Bing, and Apple Maps. In this short tutorial, we cover our best practices for creating a Google Business Profile to get your clinic listed on the most important of these first - Google Maps.

Section #4 - Preparing for Fully Live
** 2024-2025 Update: We have upgraded our Web Editor to make updating your site even easier. Please be sure to download our new service page templates and work with your PT to easily turn on the ones you need before opening.
Our goal in this next section is to walk you through preparing your website to go into Fully Live mode. This is when we activate all the features on your Coming Soon website including the Appointment Request form. This should done no later than 2-3 weeks before you open so that you can start scheduling patients.

Section #5 Growing Your Online Presence
As we mentioned before, a very powerful and free tool for getting patients to your clinic is online listings. These profiles get you positioned on different platforms such as Google Maps, as well as post your clinic to different directory websites that all help boost your clinic’s visibility in search results.
You will need to create an account for the following main platforms:
- Google Business Profile (see Step 3 “Web Admin Accounts” tile here in this article)
- Apple Maps
- Bing
- Yelp
- Create a Facebook Business Page
Important!
Outside of the websites listed above, there are dozens of additional online directories where your clinic should be listed to boost your site ranking, but that allow a specialized tool to create profiles for you instead of you spending several hours doing it manually; PatientSites offers a one-time paid solution that will do just that. Section #6 Test and Learn
By this time you will have collected enough website traffic data in Google Analytics to start identifying trends. Watch the short video below to learn what to look for in GA4, and how to leverage that information to guide your web marketing efforts.
