How to connect your reputation monitoring report to Google & Facebook
Simply follow these four steps to connect your GBP profile to your Reputation Manager report:
1. Click the link in your PatientSites dashboard to open the Local & Social reports for your website
2. Navigate to the Reputation Monitoring report
3. Click the 'Connect' button in the top right corner and enter the following password: patientsites
4. You will now see an option to connect to Google Business Profile and Facebook.
Click the Connect button below the Google Business Profile card:
5. Select the GBP Account, and authorize BrightLocal to access your GBP Account so we can pull in reviews and let you reply to them.
Make sure you give BrightLocal access to your Google account by clicking Allow:
6. Select the GBP profile that you want to connect (some people have more than one) and click the Select button.
7. BrightLocal will then ask you to confirm the connection. Please click Continue.
8. Once the connection is complete with Google, please repeat these steps and click the Connect button for Facebook in Step 4.
9. Once you've finished the connections for both accounts, you will just need to click Apply in order to finish the setup.
Now that your GBP & Facebook profiles are connected, you will be able to:
- Get new reviews pulled in every day
- Reply directly to Google reviews
