How to Copy an Existing Email Campaign

You don't have to recreate the wheel when it comes to email campaigns. You can start with an email campaign that is already working and customize it for your needs.

Follow the steps below to copy an existing email campaign, structure, triggers, email messages, all in a couple of clicks. After copying any template, you have the opportunity to make it uniquely yours.

1) Log in to your FYZICAL Hub Account at https://hub.fyzical.com

2) Click on Emails in the main menu, and head to NPS and Campaigns tab.

3) Click the Paper icon in the Actions column to create a copy of this campaign.
In the pop-up you can Name your copy, select whether you want to keep the original design, and then click OK to save the copy.
